He rides with his Wild Hunt through Windsor Castle’s Great Park, wearing antlers upon his head, and has been known to presage national disaster.

 He was made famous a long time ago when Shakespeare refered to him in The Merry Wives of Windsor, and also from W. Harrison Ainsworth’s Victorian novel called Windsor Castle.
