This book teaches patience, kindness, self-discipline, self-care, self-love, and life skills for ourselves and our children. Please take this and disperse it with love and joy. Let all know that parenting is a blessing and not a curse. Controlling the chaos starts with the mind-set, and I am on the path of using this mind-set for my own personal growth. This book has already helped me so much, and I still struggle with it on a daily basis. But using these skills, I am able to overcome the chaos, bringing myself peace and joy to my children and the world around me.
